Many billers charge 7-11% of the income generated. If you translate my fees into a percentage, they are usually between 4-8%.
Most providers only need an hour or two of full practice support. Some providers only need a few minutes a month. How much time you need is really up to you. If all you want or need is patient and insurance billing and you have very little turnover and few new patients, then you would only pay the per statement/claim fees.
